Troubleshooting

Display non-operational - Please check the power supply plug and adapter to ensure the plugs are inserted completely.

Detox Foot Spa non-operational - 1. Press the "START" key.
                                                               2. Check the wrist band is connected and against your skin. (Designer & Deluxe Models)
                                                               3. Place feet in the Detox Foot Spa.
                                                               4. Water too salty. Add or change water. 
                                                               5. Array may need replacing. Plug in new array.


Array non-operational - 1. Check the connection to the console. 
                                            2. Replace the array. (The array usually lasts 20sessions or more, dependent on amount of salt and levels of previous detoxification).

Note: The array will just stop working and water colour will not change, or the Detox Foot Spa may stop working if the array needs replacing.

Invalid keys - 1. Turn off power supply for 30 seconds and restart after changing water.
                         2. Check console has not overheated. If so turn it off and allow to cool down before recommencing.

TENS machine non-operational - 1. Ensure both TENS gel pads are attached to your skin and the TENS operation is on. Increase the intensity level slowly.
