Return Policy
At DetoxFootSpasForYou.com.au we are so confident you will love our Detox Foot Spas that we offer you a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products, simply return them within 30 days in the original packing in "new" condition for a full refund, less any banking, shipping and handling charges. Please note, before returning your products, you will need to contact us for an authorisation number.

All of our Detox Foot Spas are warranted directly by the manufacturers. This is a one year limited warranty on the Detox Foot Spas for personal use and does not include normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse,neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration or modification of an item. A three month warranty applies for machines used for business purposes. If it is confirmed the Detox Foot Spa is faulty and does not work, return postage will be paid and another Detox Foot Spa will be sent to you. Please note, before returning a faulty product, you will need to contact us for an authorisation number.  Consumable items are not covered by the warranty.

Backorder Policy
It is not anticipated that we will run out of supplies, but if for any reason a backorder needs to be placed, or an item is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Policies
We offer free postage by Registered Australia Post to our customers within Australia. If you are outside of Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us  for overseas shipping costs. Delivery time within Australia generally averages 5 -10  business days from the day payment is received.

Damaged Goods Policy
All of our items are checked before leaving the manufacturers and our office to ensure they are in good working order. If however you receive goods that have been damaged during shipping, please contact us. NB. All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the damaged item.
